Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-14

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Venice Enigma (the “Game” / “Service”) hosted at venice.portalpi.com, operated by Venice Enigma Developer (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Not Affiliated With Pi Network / Portal Pi

This Service is created and operated by its developer. It is not owned, operated, or officially endorsed by Pi Network, Portal Pi, or any other third party, unless explicitly stated.

2) Eligibility & Platform Rules

You must comply with applicable laws and the rules of the platform you use (including Pi Browser / Pi SDK terms where applicable).

3) Accounts & Authentication

Some features may be available as a guest. Other features (for example: purchases, saving boosters, or verified score submissions) may require Pi Network authentication. We may request re-authentication if your Pi access token is expired or invalid.

4) Purchases & Virtual Items

The Service may include virtual items (coins, boosters, etc.). Virtual items have no real-world monetary value. If purchases are enabled, transactions may be processed via Pi Network’s payment flow. You are responsible for confirming the payment details before completing a purchase.

5) Leaderboard / Public Score Display

The Service may display public leaderboards and highlights such as “Top 10 Hunters”, “Best score”, and “Last score”. This may include your Pi username and your submitted score, and it can be visible on the home screen / index page and inside the game UI.

If you want your username removed from public leaderboards, contact us at support@venice.portalpi.com. We may keep minimal internal records for anti-cheat/integrity while removing public display.

6) Fair Play / Anti-Cheat

7) Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, progress, or virtual items due to technical issues.
